My name is Biz Strother. Since I spoke, I sang. I am originally from Greenwood, IN and have lived in Bloomington, IN for about 6 years. Throughout middle and high school I studied voice classically for 8 years. During this time I competed in ISSMA competitions, sang in the school choir, attended show choir camp, and performed in school musicals. I began writing songs and performing solo shows in my late teens. My engagement with local music took off when I moved to Bloomington in 2010. In my Music page, you can hear various projects I've been a part of in the past 4 years. Currently, I write material for, record and perform in Daisy Chain. I am also a vocalist in the group Ladycop.

I believe that if you can speak, you can sing. My mission in teaching voice lessons is to provide an experienced perspective and act as a guide on the singer's journey of finding their own voice.

I am offering 30 minute and 60 minute lessons at Jefferson Street Music Studio. Please contact me if you are interested in singing with me!
